Welcome to Little Scholars Children’s Academy. Choosing childcare can be a very tough decision and the staff at Little Scholars Children’s Academy would like to thank you for your trust in us to provide your family with a superior level of childcare. We look forward to working with you and your child for years to come.
Parent involvement is monumental in the success of our center. The Family Handbook is designed to help you understand our center’s policies and procedures. Please read it carefully and keep it for future reference. If you have any questions about this handbook or any of its policies, please contact the Director.
Parents Responsibilities
Late Fees
Late fees are $1.00 per minute. Please call the site to notify the teachers that you will be arriving late. If late pick up keeps occurring the Director has the right to withdraw your child from the site at any time.
Tuition
Your child’s tuition must be paid on the first of every month by 12:00pm. If tuition is paid after, you will incur a $50.00 late fee on the following day. If tuition is still not paid by 12:00pm with late fee, your child will not be able to attend until tuition is paid in full.
Termination
If you decide to withdraw your child, the site must receive a two weeks notice in writing. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying an additional tuition fee.
